EU-only mode
One switch hides every model that processes data outside the EU. Mistral and Azure OpenAI (EU Data Zone) stay available.
Personal data stays out
With redaction on, emails, phone numbers, IBANs and card numbers are swapped for placeholders before the provider sees them, then restored in your answer.
No training on your chats
Your prompts go only to the provider of the model that answers, under API terms that exclude training.
Your data, your call
Download everything as JSON or delete your account in Account settings. Deletion is immediate.
Questions
Is this the same as ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro?
No. Pontumi is an independent service that uses each provider's official API. Your plan doesn't include any provider's consumer subscription.
What happens when my credit runs out?
New requests pause with a clear message. Nothing is charged beyond your plan price unless you buy a top-up yourself. Plan credit resets at the start of each billing period.
Why credit instead of a message count?
A one-line question and a 50-page contract analysis cost the provider very different amounts. Credit in euros lets you use cheap models a lot and strong models when it matters, and you always see the exact price.
Which models process data in the EU?
Mistral (Paris) and Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone. The other providers process requests outside the EU. Each model is marked in the picker, and EU-only mode hides the rest.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you have a German version?
Yes. The website and workspace are in German and English, and every model answers in German.
